不銹鋼納米刷細軟而有剛性,可實現塑料及纖維毛刷不能滿足的清除效果,能深入角落頭型細部探針,更有效清潔細微殘渣,讓Socket測試座探針與芯片器件接觸更好,左右來回清掃20次左右即可達到明顯清潔效果。四種刷毛直徑0.02mm、0.03mm、0.04mm、0.05mm,根據芯片探針尺寸選擇合適的刷毛。刷毛越細越柔軟可到達難以接近部位角落,清潔效果好、表面損傷小,常見型號NANO-1-003、NANO-3-003納米刷、NANO-5-003;粗毛較有彈性更容易清潔,對應較粗探針,常用款NANO-2-005納米刷、NANO-3-005、NANO-5-005。
